Our Immunix™ precision medicine platform drives the development of precision products and enables real-time delivery of optimal therapy. We've created and validated the first FDA-authorized AI biomarker for sepsis, the Sepsis ImmunoScore™.

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager, ideally with experience in the healthcare industry, to join our growing team. In this role you will be instrumental in working with our Technical Team to build, improve, and maintain our software platform for processing clinical data, executing AI Biomarkers, and conducting research in hospitals. Over time and with demonstrated success, you will have the opportunity to grow your ownership to a suite of products.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering (50%)

  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Research, Quality/Regulatory, and Commercial teams to understand their technology needs

  • Write user needs and work with the Engineering Team to translate them into concise, specific, and testable design inputs and/or software requirements specifications

Roadmapping (20%)

  • Contribute to technology product roadmap and strategy aligned to company milestones

  • Prioritize product and feature development based on user and company needs

Team and Project Management (30%)

  • Lead daily standups and sprint planning for the technology team

  • Maintain team backlog

  • Communicate progress against goals to relevant stakeholders

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • 2-3 years of Product Management experience in a regulated environment (Medical device, biotech, pharma)

  • Possess a deeply inquisitive personality in pursuit of understanding your user’s needs in order to prioritize development of the right products and features.

  • Comfortable discussing design and tradeoffs with Software Engineers

  • Experience managing sprints

  • Familiarity developing products under government regulations such as 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, and/or ISO 13485.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and/or supporting FHIR-based APIs

  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems

  • Familiar with Python and HL7/FHIR integrations
