Position Summary

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive commercial growth for Prenosis's on-market product(s), including FDA-authorized precision medicine diagnostic tools that transform clinical decision-making in hospital settings. This role requires a unique blend of consultative selling expertise and healthcare system fluency to establish partnerships with hospital departments and care teams.

 

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building through contract negotiation and implementation—while serving as a trusted advisor to clinical and administrative stakeholders. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex health system decision-making processes, articulate clinical and economic value propositions to diverse audiences (clinicians, quality leaders, C-suite executives), and collaboration with clinical training and implementation teams to ensure successful product adoption.

 

This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to health systems within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in medical device or healthcare technology sales, with particular strength in introducing innovative solutions that require clinical workflow integration and multistakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for on-market product(s)

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospital systems, health networks, and healthcare facilities

  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, technical, and procurement teams

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing structures with healthcare organizations

  • Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy

Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with key clinical champions and hospital decision makers

  • Collaborate with hospital IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing EHR and clinical systems

  • Maintain ongoing relationships to drive expansion and renewal opportunities

Clinical & Technical Expertise

  • Effectively communicate the clinical value proposition and ROI of on-market product(s)

  • Conduct product demonstrations for clinical and technical audiences

  • Stay current on relevant clinical guidelines, disease state protocols, and competitive landscape

Market Development

  • Identify and cultivate key opinion leaders and clinical champions to support market adoption

  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and build brand awareness

  • Provide market feedback to product development and marketing teams

Expected frequency and duration of travel: 60%

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s of Business, Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in health tech software or medical device sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in healthcare/hospital settings

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with extended timelines

Preferred:

  • Master’s+ or Clinical degree, MBA, MHS

  • 7+ years of experience in health tech software or medical device sales

  • Clinical background (RN, RT, PharmD, PA, MD, or allied health professional);

  • Experience selling SaMD or AI/ML diagnostic tools

Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 per year
