Position Summary

Prenosis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our software platform within hospitals and health systems. This critical role will ensure seamless integration of our technology, drive customer success and enable our customer to maximize the value of our solution.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with customer objectives and timelines.

  • Collaborate with hospital IT teams to assess local requirements, customize solutions, and meet regulatory and operational needs.

  • Work closely with customer leadership, develop and present project plans, status updates, and outcomes to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, milestones, dashboards and results.

Customer Enablement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams (executives, IT, clinical, and quality stakeholders).

  • Provide comprehensive on-site and remote support to healthcare organizations during go-live phases, troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time.

  • Translate customer needs into actionable project plans, ensure alignment with clinical workflow, quality and financial outcomes initiatives (e.g., SEP-1 compliance, revenue cycle improvements).

  • Drive customer readiness through structured enablement sessions, documentation, FAQs, and training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA Guidelines, and other relevant standards.

Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between customer and internal teams to ensure project alignment and transparency.

  • Escalate risks, blockers, and resource gaps to leadership with recommended mitigation strategies.

  • Advocate for customer needs internally, ensuring feedback informs product development, training, and service delivery.

  • Participate in cross-functional working groups, providing insight from the field to enhance implementation playbooks and best practices.

  • Support internal reporting (e.g., weekly/quarterly OKRs, investor updates, leadership dashboards)

  • Communicate project goals, requirements, timelines, risks, and budget to internal and external stakeholders.

Commercial & Research Acumen

  • Apply strong project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI, Lean) to balance structure with flexibility.

  • Align implementation with measurable ROI for customers (e.g., sepsis outcomes, utilization)

  • Understands scope, terms, and success metrics as defined in commercial agreements.

  • Maintain exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Continuously seek professional growth in regulatory (e.g., FDA, CMS, GCP) and technology (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EMR integration) domains.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or healthcare related field

  • 5 years in project management, with a focus on integrating software solutions into various EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)

  • Familiarity with healthcare IT standards, including HL7 and FHIR

  • Proficient with dashboards or reports to track adoption and performance metrics

  • Experience in understanding technical issues and the impact to project

  • Experience in aligning software implementations with physician, nursing, and operational workflows

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or equivalent) or relative certifications in healthcare informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or healthcare related field

  • >5 years in project management, with a focus on integrating software solutions into various EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)

  • Experience working with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)

  • Highly proficient in CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and data analytic tools.

  • PMP certification
