As Marketing Director, you'll lead all marketing efforts and play a crucial role in bringing our tagline – "See people differently. Healthcare tailored to biology." – to life. You'll build and implement comprehensive marketing strategies while working closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with our overall business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for medical device solutions
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners
Manage multiple outsourced marketing vendors (e.g., graphic design, PR, web and social, content development)
Lead integrated marketing initiatives including content creation, digital marketing, demand generation and public relations
Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Manage our CRM system (HubSpot) to track customer interactions and optimize outreach
Create and deliver campaigns in our marketing automation tool (HubSpot)
Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events
Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Collaborate with the sales team to create materials that support their efforts
Manage marketing budget and resources effectively

Job requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
7+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotech, or healthcare
Proven track record developing successful marketing campaigns for technical products
Experience building and managing a brand in the healthcare space
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of the medical device regulatory landscape
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Marketing regulated medical devices
