Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, deal-oriented Vice President of Corporate Development to lead our global strategic partnership initiatives, commercial expansion, and capital development strategies. Reporting directly to Executive Leadership, you will serve as the primary architect and negotiator of transformational alliances across biopharma, Contract Research Organizations (CROs), healthcare systems, and top-tier artificial intelligence companies.

In this role, you will scale commercial adoption of the Sepsis ImmunoScore®, expand the clinical footprint of the Immunix® platform, pioneer novel AI Companion Diagnostic (AI CDx) deal models, and support investor fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

  1. Biotech & Big Pharma AI CDx Partnerships

  • Structure, negotiate, and execute strategic companion diagnostic (AI CDx) partnerships pairing Prenosis’ proprietary AI algorithms with biotech and pharmaceutical drug candidates.

  • Design innovative commercial frameworks, including revenue-sharing models on drug sales where Prenosis' AI CDx platform enables clinical trial success or targeted therapy delivery.

2. Strategy Definition & Product Roadmap Alignment

  • Define the overarching corporate strategy for biopharma and commercial engagement.

  • Partner with internal R&D, product, and regulatory teams to align product roadmaps with high-value market opportunities and commercial success criteria.

3. Commercial Adoption at Non-Research Clinical Sites

  • Spearhead commercial partnership negotiations for Sepsis ImmunoScore® and pipeline diagnostic products, driving adoption across non-research, community, and regional health systems.

  • Expand enterprise utilization of the Immunix® platform to establish Prenosis as the standard of care for acute risk prediction.

4. Contract Research Organization (CRO) Alliances

  • Negotiate and sign strategic agreements with leading CROs to integrate the Immunix® platform into clinical trials for their biotech/pharma sponsors.

  • Establish monetization frameworks that yield recurring fee-for-service, platform access, or milestone payments to Prenosis from CROs and/or biopharma clients.

5. Next-Gen AI & Tech Collaborations (LLM Integration)

  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic alliances with prominent AI technology companies to co-develop Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces for Prenosis AI Dx and AI CDx products.

  • Evaluate and negotiate potential strategic corporate investments, equity participation, or joint ventures connected to these high-tech collaborations.

6. Investor Relations & Capital Fundraising

  • Support executive leadership and the Board of Directors in capital-raising initiatives.

  • Engage with venture capital, growth equity, and strategic investors, assisting with deal structuring, financial modeling, and pitch presentations to fund company expansion.
